SERVE Week Registration

Registration is Open online through Saturday, June 22 on IMPACT Noblesville.com. Create a profile and find available SERVE Noblesville projects.

Morning Times Available On Wednesday to Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm
Afternoon Times AvailableOn Wednesday to Friday 12:00-4:00pm
Evening Times AvailableOn Wednesday & Thursday -5:00-8:00pm

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD check-in 1-hour beforehand at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds (2003 Pleasant St, Noblesville, IN 46060) for any changes and updates on projects. Changes and updates do occur throughout the week as projects wrap-up or the weather changes, this is the best way to get the most up-to-date information.

**PLEASE NOTE there is construction occuring at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. We are in the main hall, just follow the signs.***

In addition, we will have free door prizes to give away at each check-in before each volunteer shift. So even if you are signed up for multiple volutneer times, be sure to come to the Fairgrounds - you may win a gift certificate from one of our amazing community partners!

If you sign up for multiple shifts/days, it is important to attend registration each shift.

Please be aware: there is heavy construction going on but fairground entrances are still open!

Project Application

SERVE Noblesville is actively recruiting General Project Applications to be completed during our Serve Week.

General Projects are NOT related to major home repair or construction projects. Examples of General Projects include but are not limited to: painting, mulching, mural painting, gardening, light construction, neighborhood beautification, and more. If you are unsure, submit the project idea and we'll assess it with you to see if it fits.

Project Leader Application

Our Project Leaders take charge of guiding our volunteer teams in different projects. With support from our Planning Team, they manage materials, assess required skills, and coordinate activities during Serve Week.

Group Application

Have a group of co-workers, a group from church, a sports team, some neighbors, or a group of friends that want to come together to make a difference in their community?

If so, SERVE Noblesville is actively recruiting groups of 5 or more.

Groups are not required to complete an application to come join SERVE Noblesville. However, completing a Group Application gives you early access before individual registration is opened.
